Tahereh Vahedian Movahhed, born in Iran in 1959, is a painter, sculptor and installation artist. Teaching, exhibiting and exploring relationships between figures and pictorial space are interconnected strands of her practice.
Visual Language and Media
In her artist statement, women and simultaneous presence across different times and spaces are important concerns. Multiple frames within a canvas, ecoline, acrylic and chance textures support this visual language.
